Cargo Plane Crash Near Vilnius Airport: Details and Casualties
A cargo plane operated by DHL crashed near Vilnius airport in Lithuania early on Monday, resulting in the death of one person and injuries to three others. The Boeing 737, which was en route from Leipzig, Germany, struck a residential building as it approached the airport for landing. Emergency services quickly responded to the scene, evacuating 12 residents from the affected two-storey building, which caught fire following the crash.
