Guinness World Records hosted a unique meeting in London between the world's tallest woman, Turkish Rumeysa Gelgi, and the world's shortest woman, Indian Jyoti Amge, to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the organization. Rumeysa, measuring 215.16 cm, and Jyoti, at 62.8 cm, have a height difference of 152.36 cm, highlighting their extraordinary physical attributes. Rumeysa, 27, has gained fame due to her height, which is attributed to Weaver Syndrome, a rare genetic condition affecting bone growth. She is the first diagnosed case in Türkiye and uses her platform to raise awareness about her condition. Jyoti, born on December 16, 1993, has achondroplasia, a more common genetic disorder that affects bone growth.
