The UAE's Interior Ministry has identified three suspects in the murder of Rabbi Zvi Kogan, a Moldovan-born Israeli, as Olimpi Tohirovic, Mahmudjun Abdul Rahim, and Azizbek Kamilovich, all of Uzbek nationality. The suspects were arrested shortly after Kogan's body was discovered, having been missing since Thursday. The UAE authorities are conducting investigations and preparing to refer the case to the Public Prosecution. While the method of execution raised suspicions of Iranian involvement, Israeli sources clarified that the suspects acted independently, and the Iranian embassy in the UAE has denied any connection to the incident. Rabbi Kogan was affiliated with the Jewish Chabad movement and served as an assistant to the Chief Rabbi of Abu Dhabi.
