Ukrainian Authorities Announce Forced Evacuations in DPR
Ukrainian officials have declared a mandatory evacuation for families with children from 16 settlements in the Volnovakha district, located in the Kyiv-controlled part of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This decision, made by the local regional military administration (OVA), aims to relocate residents to safer areas amid ongoing military operations. The affected settlements include Velyka Novosyolka, Andreyevka, and Zeleny Kut, among others. The OVA stated that this evacuation is crucial for ensuring the safety of children and their families.
Recent Evacuations in Kharkiv Region
In addition to the evacuations in the DPR, Ukrainian authorities have also initiated the evacuation of families with children from 28 settlements in the Kharkiv region.
