Michael Mosley: Famed British TV Doctor Found Dead in Greece
British television presenter and health expert Michael Mosley has been reported missing on the Greek island of Symi since Wednesday, June 5. Law enforcement officials have now discovered a body on the island, though it is yet to be formally identified. Mosley, best known for his documentaries such as Channel 4's “Michael Mosley: Who Made Britain Fat?” and BBC's “Trust Me, I'm A Doctor,” was last seen walking alone without his phone.
The body was discovered this Sunday near Agia Marina beach, a location not far from where a woman reported seeing Mosley. Police spokeswoman Konstantia Dimoglidou confirmed the discovery and stated that the police were heading to the scene. Dimoglidou noted that the cause of death remains unclear and further investigation will be necessary.
