Apple has officially launched new 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro models, enhancing its lineup with the latest M4, M4 Pro, and M4 Max chips, which promise significant performance improvements over previous generations.

The M4 Max chip features a robust architecture with a 16-core CPU and a 40-core GPU, enabling it to handle demanding workflows with ease. This model supports up to 128 GB of RAM and offers 30% more memory bandwidth than its predecessor, the M3 Max.

The new MacBook Pro models include three Thunderbolt 5 ports, allowing for data transfer speeds of up to 80 Gbps, a major upgrade for users working with large files or high-performance external devices.

Design-wise, the only notable change is the introduction of a Space Black color option for the 14-inch model. Other enhancements include brighter displays with a peak brightness of 1,000 nits, an improved webcam with a 12-megapixel sensor, and Center Stage technology for enhanced video calls.

Prices for the new models start at €1,949 for the M4 version, €2,499 for the M4 Pro, and €2,999 for the 16-inch Pro model. Pre-orders began on October 31, with availability in stores starting November 8.
