Discover how Angèle captivated the audience at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games closing ceremony with her stunning performance of 'Nightcall' alongside DJ Kavinsky and Phoenix, all while showcasing a striking black jumpsuit.

Sensual approach, short bob and total black look. It is in this style that Angèle made a surprise appearance at the Stade de France this Sunday August 11. To celebrate the end of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, the Belgian singer lent her voice to the timeless track Nightcall by DJ Kavinsky, and accompanied by the group Phoenix. To mark the occasion, the 28-year-old performer was dressed in a tight cut-out jumpsuit. An outfit that we owe to Coperni, a French brand run by the duo Arnaud Vaillant and Sébastien Meyer.

In jet black, the jumpsuit featured an asymmetrical neckline, a sleeveless cutout and a silver logo above the chest. A look that she completed with a pair of high heeled boots. The silhouette was reminiscent of that of the costume of Catwoman, a famous fictional heroine from the DC universe.

“You've something inside you... It's hard to explain...”. Here is how Angèle made her appearance in the Stade de France this Sunday evening during the closing ceremony of the Paris Olympic Games. After the rock group Phoenix played its song “Lisztomania”, DJ Kavinsky, already present during several athletics events during these Games, appeared on the lawn of the Saint-Denis enclosure.

With her characteristic red sunglasses, one of the icons of the French Touch played her hit “Nightcall”, released in 2010 and used in the soundtrack of the film “Drive”. A few moments later, the words sung by a female voice were sung by the Belgian singer Angèle. In black outfit, she sang the chorus of Kavinsky's title before Phoenix joined her then sang 'If I ever felt better' and the group Air entered.

These moments were preceded by a futuristic spectacle where a Golden Voyager arrived in the middle of the Stade de France to find the Olympic rings, vestiges of the Games several hundred years old.
