Ukraine's Alleged Attack on Russian Nuclear System: A Dangerous Escalation
Ukraine's purported attack on a Russian nuclear early warning system has elicited a strong response from Moscow, who has threatened potential reprisals. Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister, Sergei Ryabkov, signaled the gravity of the situation, stating that responses could be asymmetric.
