Roland-Garros 2024: Thrilling Matches and Players to Watch
After three days of rain-disrupted play, the third rounds of Roland-Garros 2024 have kicked off with much excitement. On Sunday and Thursday, Corentin Moutet delivered heroic performances on the Simonne-Mathieu court. He aims to continue his momentum against Austria's Sebastian Ofner, hoping to secure a place in the round of 16. Adding more excitement, Novak Djokovic will play against Roberto Carballes Baena after his successful entry against Pierre-Hughes Herbert. Alexander Zverev, who ended Rafael Nadal's reign, faces David Goffin. Casper Ruud confronts Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, and Aryna Sabalenka meets Moyuka Uchijima.
French players are also gearing up for action. Diane Parry is set to play against Elina Svitolina, Gaël Monfils faces Lorenzo Musetti, and Varvara Gracheva battles Bernarda Pera. The tournament holds high expectations for Richard Gasquet, who faces Jannik Sinner, and Caroline Garcia, set to compete against Sophia Kenin.
