However, the humanitarian toll has been devastating, with numerous civilian casualties and significant obstacles for rescue operations. The Biden administration recently imposed sanctions on the Israeli group Tzav 9 for disrupting humanitarian convoys to Gaza, highlighting the international concern over the escalating violence.
