From September 3 to 6, the IX Eastern Economic Forum is taking place on Russky Island, showcasing significant investment initiatives aimed at enhancing the economic landscape of the Far East. Interros, a key player in this endeavor, has unveiled multiple investment projects that promise to create jobs and elevate the region's attractiveness to global investors. With a total investment volume reaching approximately 72 billion rubles, these projects underscore Interros's commitment to fostering sustainable business practices for societal benefit.

Since 2021, Interros has been actively investing in the Far Eastern Federal District, focusing on developing a business infrastructure comparable to international standards. A notable project in collaboration with TKS Holding and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation involves the construction of a modern class A business center and IT park on Russky Island, with an investment of up to 4.6 billion rubles. This initiative aims to provide essential office space for residents and attract both tourists and city dwellers, while the IT park will foster innovation and collaboration among developers and startups.

Interros has also established the Voskhod venture fund, which has invested 10 billion rubles to support promising startups. Currently, Voskhod's portfolio includes 25 companies, with a strong focus on DeepTech projects in various sectors such as industrial technologies, medical technology, and biotech. The fund employs a unique investment model that encourages the development of project companies tailored to specific economic needs, exemplified by collaborations with state corporations like Roscosmos.

In addition to its venture initiatives, Interros is a principal investor in the Three Volcanoes Park tourist cluster in Kamchatka, which aims to boost the local economy through diverse tourism offerings. With an investment of 67 billion rubles, the project is set to transform the region's tourism landscape by creating standardized programs accessible to the general public. This initiative is expected to attract up to 600,000 tourists annually, significantly impacting the local economy and improving living standards.

Interros's commitment to environmental sustainability is evident in its approach to tourism projects, ensuring minimal disruption to natural habitats while enhancing biodiversity. The company continues to collaborate with national parks and reserves to implement programs that align with its ecological values, reflecting a growing trend towards responsible tourism development in the region.
