Rising Death Toll in Gaza Amid Ongoing Clashes
The Ministry of Health in Gaza has reported a staggering death toll of 45,227 martyrs due to the ongoing Israeli aggression, which has persisted for over a year. In the last 24 hours alone, 21 additional martyrs were recorded, highlighting the severe impact of the conflict on the civilian population. The total number of wounded has reached 107,573 since the war began on October 7, 2023, with many victims trapped under rubble or in areas inaccessible to emergency services due to the dangerous security situation.
Continued Resistance and Military Operations
Clashes between Palestinian resistance forces and Israeli occupation troops have intensified, particularly in the Jabalia camp in northern Gaza. Reports indicate that the Al-Qassam Brigades have engaged in complex operations against Israeli forces, resulting in casualties among the occupation troops. Recent operations included sniper missions, with the Al-Qassam Brigades claiming to have executed 57 such missions since the conflict escalated, leading to significant Israeli military losses. The situation remains dire as Israeli bombardments continue to target civilian areas, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
