Samsung Galaxy S24 Series Launched in Argentina

The highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphones have finally made their debut in Argentina. After a global announcement in mid-January and nearly four months of waiting, these premium models are here to challenge the iPhone 15 and Motorola's upcoming Edge 50 Ultra series in the competitive Argentine market. The Galaxy S24 series leads with advanced AI-based features and offers multiple consumer benefits, including launch discounts, financing options, and an Exchange Plan.

Launch Benefits and Pricing in Argentina

Samsung Argentina has introduced a slew of promotional offers to attract Android users. These include prepaid cards, additional storage options, and multiple e-voucher offers. For instance, pre-sale buyers could get an extra 250,000 pesos bonus on a prepaid card, effectively halving the total price for early adopters. Each Galaxy S24 model comes with different combos and discounts: for the 512GB S24 Ultra or S24+ model, a buyer can get a 250,000 pesos discount, bringing the price down to 2,349,999 pesos.

If buyers opt for the 256GB variants, they can utilize e-vouchers worth up to 300,000 pesos for other Samsung products. Specifically, the e-vouchers can be exchanged for items such as Galaxy Buds2, wireless chargers, and Galaxy Watch6, thereby adding tremendous value to the purchase.

Samsung also offers an Exchange Plan where customers can trade in up to two old devices for a substantial discount on the S24 series. Even broken devices are acceptable and could save buyers up to 40% off the new phone's price.

The Galaxy S24 series is priced as follows: 1,599,999 pesos for the 256GB S24, 1,799,999 pesos for the 256GB S24+, 1,999,999 pesos for the 512GB S24+, 2,349,999 pesos for the 256GB S24 Ultra, and 2,599,999 pesos for the 512GB S24 Ultra. Banco Santander customers can take advantage of up to 18 interest-free installments, making these premium models more accessible.

New Samsung Galaxy A35 5G Hits the Market

In addition to the premium Galaxy S24 series, Samsung has launched the mid-range Galaxy A35 5G, which combines impressive features with a budget-friendly price tag. Priced at 369 euros on Cdiscount, the Galaxy A35 5G offers excellent quality/price ratio, boasting a sleek design with IP67 waterproof certification and Corning Gorilla Victus+ anti-shock protection.

The phone features a 50-megapixel wide-angle sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 5-megapixel macro lens, all integrated into its elegant glass back. The 6.6-inch Super AMOLED screen with a 120 Hz adaptive refresh rate ensures a smooth visual experience. Under the hood, the device is powered by an Exynos 1380 processor, paired with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of base storage, expandable up to 1 TB via microSD.

Furthermore, the phone comes with a 5000 mAh battery supporting 25W fast charging, ensuring it can keep up with everyday tasks without requiring frequent recharging. Buyers also get a one-year McAfee Total Protection subscription and a trade-in bonus for old devices. Currently, Cdiscount offers a range of Samsung and other tech products at discounted rates.

  • The Galaxy S24 series not only targets tech enthusiasts but also aims to appeal to a broader audience by making cutting-edge technology more accessible. The inclusion of extended financial plans and substantial discounts is a clear indication of Samsung's strategy to retain and grow its market share in Argentina.
  • Samsung's rivalries with other tech giants, such as Apple's iPhone 15 and Motorola's Edge 50 Ultra series, have intensified with these new launches. The Galaxy S24's competitive pricing and extensive feature list are expected to draw considerable attention not only in Argentina but globally.
  • Overall, Samsung seems determined to dominate both the premium and mid-range smartphone markets with its diverse offerings, aiming to cater to different user segments while maintaining high-quality standards.
