Russia Delivers Advanced Verba MANPADS to Defense Ministry Ahead of Schedule
In a significant advancement for Russia's military capabilities, High-Precision Systems, a subsidiary of the Rostec state corporation, has announced the early delivery of a batch of Verba man-portable air defense systems (MANPADS) to the Russian Defense Ministry. The Verba MANPADS, developed by the Kolomna Machine-Building Design Bureau (KBM), is a fourth-generation system designed to replace the older Soviet Igla MANPADS and has been in service since 2014.
