Russia's Baltic Sea Border Changes Stir NATO Criticism
On May 21st, the Russian government published a draft decree intending to adjust its maritime borders in the Baltic Sea. This proposed change aimed to extend Russia's territorial waters by modifying its border with Finland and Lithuania.
