Macabre Discovery on Clifton Suspension Bridge
In a shocking turn of events, two suitcases containing human remains were found on the Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol, west of England. Local police announced the discovery on Thursday, stating that they are actively searching for the suspect involved.
Shortly before midnight on Wednesday, police received a report about 'a man with a suitcase acting suspiciously on the Clifton Suspension Bridge,' according to a statement from the Avon and Somerset Police. Officers were dispatched to the scene promptly, but the man had already left the area, leaving behind a suitcase. Another suitcase was found nearby shortly after.

The Metropolitan Police, responsible for the investigation, quickly clarified that the suitcases contained human remains. While the victims have not been formally identified, they are believed to be two adult men. The suspect, seen in Bristol, is said to have come from London. A crime scene has been set up in the Shepherd's Bush area of west London.
Police released a CCTV screenshot showing the wanted individual: a black man, bearded, dressed in black, and wearing a cap. Initial investigations revealed that the man arrived at the bridge by taxi, which has since been seized, and the driver is assisting with the investigation. The Clifton Suspension Bridge, an iconic structure opened in 1864, spans the River Avon and connects Bristol to Somerset. It is over 400 meters long and situated more than 70 meters above the water, making it one of Bristol's most visited landmarks.
