Hunter Biden Faces Trial Over Firearm Purchase and Drug Use Allegations
On October 12, 2018, Hunter Biden, son of U.S. President Joe Biden, walked into StarQuest Shooters & Survival Supply in Wilmington, Delaware, and purchased a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver. While filling out form 4473, Hunter Biden marked an X in the 'no' box when asked if he was an illegal user or addict of narcotics or other controlled substances. A mere 11 days later, the gun was found in a supermarket trash can.
