Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian labeled the attacks a "stain on the face of Western countries," particularly the United States, accusing them of supporting Israel's actions against Lebanon.
Pezeshkian's remarks reflect a broader sentiment within Iran, as Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani condemned the explosions as a terrorist act, emphasizing the need for accountability from those behind the attacks. Among the injured was Iran's ambassador to Lebanon, Mojtaba Amani, who sustained minor injuries during the blasts.

Russia and the United Nations have also voiced their concerns regarding the escalation of tensions in the region. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov warned that such incidents could ignite a wider conflict, while Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova condemned the attack as a violation of Lebanon's sovereignty. The UN has called for an independent investigation into the bombings, stressing that targeting civilians violates international humanitarian law.
European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell echoed these sentiments, expressing deep concern over the attacks and their potential to destabilize Lebanon further. He urged all parties to refrain from actions that could lead to a comprehensive war, which would have dire consequences for the region.
In solidarity with Lebanon, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan expressed their support for the nation in the face of these cyber attacks, with Erdogan condemning Israel's role in escalating regional tensions.
